 What Is Call Forwarding and How to Set Up On My OPPO Phone?

Interested to know what is the Call Forwarding function? For OPPO Smartphones, you can set your phone to receive phone calls and divert the call to another number. This call forwarding function is particularly useful for those with two phones like a personal or working phone. The Call Forward function is also great if you can't afford to miss a call and it is a backup plan to forward the number to someone you know. Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.

1. Open [Phone] and tap at the top.

2. Tap [Carrier Call Settings] > [Call Forwarding].

3. Choose one of the following options:

Always Forward: All incoming calls are sent to the number you specify. Enabling this option automatically disables all other forwarding options.

When busy: Calls are only forwarded when you’re on another call and choose not to answer.

When unanswered: Calls are only forwarded when you choose not to answer the phone.

When unreachable: Calls are forwarded when the phone is turned off, out of range, or in airplane mode.

3. Enter the forwarding number or edit the existing number.

4. Tap [On]/ [Update].
